About us

The Hawk Flying Club is a group of about forty pilots who fly out of the Lawrence Airport in North Andover, Massachusetts.

The club owns two airplanes:

N66646: a Cessna 150.

N9323J: a Piper Cherokee 180 (PA-28-180).

Members pay a $600 joining fee, and then pay a membership fee of $40 per month, and pay $64 and $93 per hour (wet) for the Cessna and Piper, plus a variable fuel surcharge adjusted approximately every six months to cover changes in the cost of fuel.  As of October 2010, the fuel surcharge was $0 per hour for the Cessna and $0 per hour for the Piper, based on a local fuel price of $5.00 per gallon.

You can read the club constitution and by laws and other club documents to learn more about the club, and see club members.
